So we are currently counting down the days until it is 2018 (whoop whoop!), and to round up the year let me give you a list of my favourite products.
1. Kiehl's Midnight Recovery
There is a good reason why this is on the top, according to some people my skin's been glowing non stop after I started using this. It is my saviour during cold days and it helps soothe my skin if it is angry. It is a definite splurge but to me this is worth it.
2. Kiehl's Breakout Control Blemish Treatment Facial Lotion
This bad baby contains 1.2% Salicylic Acid but it does not dry my skin while at the same time it helps treat any available breakouts. I use this after my moisturiser, a dime sized and then my usual sunscreen or foundation/cc cream. Sits well under makeup.
3. Yves Saint Laurent All Hours Foundation and Concealer
Picked this up as soon as it launched and got to test it out yesterday, it stays, covers like a dream but does not look cakey. Overall my skin looks like well.. skin. It covers beautifully and glides on the skin without a fuss. I got heaps of compliments when I wore this the other day.
4. Yves Saint Laurent Vinyl Cream in 407 Carmin Session,
ESQA Cosmetics in Coral Tease,
Huda Beauty in Trendsetter,
SASC Cosmetics in Antoinette
My go to lipstick lately. I usually combine the YSL vinyl cream with SASC's Antoinette because it creates a beautiful glossy 'my lips but better' shade. So if I'm not wearing those combinations, I will be wearing either ESQA or Huda Beauty.
5. SK-II Facial Treatment Essence
Pathway to a glowing skin from within, my mom got me hooked on to this and now I cannot live without it. I use it day and night before my moisturiser or serum. Second bottle on and I am a definite believer of the brand's claim that you'll get a radiant, crystal like skin.
