It's nearing the end of the year and we're pretty much in between finishing the year and starting a new chapter. Let's use the remaining time we have of this year to self-reflect on ourselves, clearing the mind, and clearing the heart from any negative thoughts or emotions that could possibly harm us. Before we write our New Year's resolution or add another one of our lifetime achievement, how about we write down the things we are grateful for this year?

Start simple from having a decent meal, a job, a loving family, maybe even having a warm cozy cardigan to keep you away from the cold. We took things for granted too often that sometimes we forgot it is given to us for a reason and we should be grateful for it. If you ask me what I'm grateful for this year; I would simply say that I'm grateful that I am still able to help people in need through sharing my knowledge, supplies, and even being there for them. It makes me feel warm and lucky at the same time. Happy Holiday and may 2020 bring you lots of joy and prosperity!
